We had a treat today - Guy Lloyd (Juice FM Drivetime Show host) visited our school with the very talented and charismatic Hobbie Stuart. He performed a few songs for the children and answered their questions. Find out more on the Hobbie Stuart page. The date for the Battle of the Bands final has changed and will now occur on Tuesday 25th March 2014 - 3:30-5:00 in the hall.

The Events page will be uploaded soon with confirmed dates for upcoming concerts and battles. Albatross performance dates will be announced soon. This is what the orchestra got up to today: Now all the orchestra need to do is attempt to complete the waltz in 30 seconds!

Rehearsals begin next week. Check the Albatross page for more details. This year in Battle of the Bands, there will be one rule change: There are no minimum or maximum limits to the number of people in one band. Soloists will also be accepted.

Casting will be announced this week - by Friday 31st January at the latest, depending on casting decision in Nairobi, Kenya. The deadline for Albatross participation is TOMORROW. Forms must be returned to the school office by 3pm tomorrow (Friday 17th January). Albatross auditions will occur next week during lunchtime. Mega Choir will start tomorrow morning at 8am in the school hall.Miss Rusbatch is planning to host a concert for musically talented children throughout the school. The concerts will be an opportunity for musicians to perform on stage in front of an audience. The school choirs, orchestra, small ensembles and soloists will be encouraged to perform.
If you, as a parent, would like your child to perform on their instrument, please contact Miss Rusbatch. The Spring Concert will take place on Wednesday 19th March. More details coming soon...
